Maintaining a healthy diet plays a key role in brightening your teeth as well. Foods rich in calcium, like dairy products, and crunchy fruits and vegetables can strengthen teeth and reduce staining. Avoiding sugary and acidic foods can help prevent discoloration caused by plaque build-up.
